This is a leadership development program with the ambition to develop our trainees into our <strong>next generation of leaders</strong> through exposure through our product portfolio and sites.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"> </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><strong>Rotational Assignments</strong>: The program journey consists of four nine-month rotational assignments, providing you with comprehensive exposure to our core businesses, processes, technologies, and leaders. The rotations will cover key areas such as Production, Global Operations, and Engineering. Participants will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, deliverables, and timelines. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, which include resource allocation, risk assessment, and effective stakeholder communication. Continuous improvement of manufacturing processes will be a significant focus throughout the program.</span><br><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">The final rotation is particularly noteworthy as they will take on a people manager role. This experience is aimed at equipping participants with hands-on leadership skills while they work towards achieving significant objectives and guiding team initiatives. This comprehensive approach ensures that participants not only gain technical expertise but also develop essential leadership qualities.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><strong>Learning Opportunities: </strong>The program offers structured learning opportunities that empower you to enhance your skills. This includes business & communications training, leadership training, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
