In this role, you will lead the design, operation, and continuous optimization of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, cleanroom, and utility infrastructure, ensuring that every system meets the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. You will serve as the technical authority for complex, multi-discipline facility projects, driving them from concept through commissioning while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Environment, Health and Safety (EHS), Quality Assurance (QA), and process engineering. Your work will directly enable scientific innovation and operational excellence in a high-stakes R&D environment, where your decisions shape both the day-to-day reliability of the facility and its long-term sustainability trajectory. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
