You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">You'll play a key role in shaping the industrialization process for our projects, ensuring seamless transitions from design to manufacturing while driving continuous improvement to meet Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) targets. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing), coordinate co-engineering activities, and contribute to defining strategies such as logistics and kitting, and much more.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">We’ll look to you for:</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Building and maintaining the Industrial Management Plan (IMP),</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Defining and implementing the Project Industrial Organization (PIO) and Make or Buy (DAMOB) strategy,</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Ensuring the completion of P-FMEA and Control Plans in collaboration with Industrial Quality,</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Monitoring industrialization activities using Industrial Maturity Follow-Up (IMFU) and ensuring the completion of deliverables such as industrial documentation, manufacturing equipment, and ERP master data,</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Contributing to the logistics strategy definition with the Project Supply Chain Manager (PrSCM),</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Managing production planning during the pre-serial phase and ensuring internal FAIs are performed on schedule for Serial Go,</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Driving improvement action plans to achieve Industrial QCD targets,</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Performing gap analysis with the Reference Library and identifying impacts on manufacturing processes,</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Planning and organizing the training and qualification of manufacturing teams, including blue-collar workers on special processes.</span></li> </ul> <p><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><strong>All about you</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">We value passion and attitude over experience.
