With ~5 years of experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma, and Agile practices, the incumbent collaborates with process owners to optimize workflows, and drive data-driven improvements. The role emphasizes problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and the timely delivery of compliance solutions in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.</span><br><br></p> <p><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><strong>Project Support and Execution:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking medium-scale regulatory projects and Lean Six Sigma initiatives.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Support development of project plans, timelines, risk registers, and status communications.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Coordinate Kaizen events and cross-functional workshops under guidance from senior project leads.</span><br><br></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><strong>Process Improvement and Analytics:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Map current-state processes, identify waste, and help design improved workflows.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support development and performance monitoring.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Maintain dashboards and regular performance reports for informed decision-making.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><strong>Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Communicate effectively with stakeholders in a global matrix organization to gather requirements and ensure alignment.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Facilitate meetings and workshops, capturing action items and follow-ups.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Build and sustain relationships with process owners, compliance teams, and external partners.</span><br><br></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><strong>Continuous Improvement:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and Design for Six Sigma principles.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Explore new tools and methodologies to enhance project execution and process efficiency.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><strong>Who you are:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Graduate or Postgraduate in business</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">4-6 years of hands-on experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma, and process improvement.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Demonstrated experience supporting Kaizen or similar rapid-improvement events.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Experience in regulatory or quality domains is a plus.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><strong>Certifications:</strong> Green belt (preferred)</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Change management mindset and ability to adapt in a dynamic regulatory environment.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Familiarity with Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies; openness to Design for Six Sigma where applicable.<br><br></span></li> </ul><p><strong>What we offer: </strong>We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
