You'll play a key role in embedding Lean culture within the unit, ensuring a structured and sustainable approach to performance. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., management committees, functional departments), drive continuous improvement initiatives, and coach leaders and teams on Lean methodologies and tools. You’ll specifically take care of deploying the Alstom Performance System (APSYS) framework and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, but also fostering a culture of problem-solving and innovation.
