Purpose of the Job <ul> <li style="text-align:justify">To support Country Finance Organization for the overall financial planning, analysis and controlling of Morocco</li> <li style="text-align:justify">To lead the Accounting Organization</li> <li style="text-align:justify">To ensure the consistency and delivery of global financial performance and adherence with Country KPIs</li> <li style="text-align:justify">To coordinate and supervise the financial performance with all related business partners / stakeholders</li> </ul> Responsibilities & Objectives <ul> <li>Coordination, monitoring and analysis of global financial performance (ensure the accuracy, the consistency and adherence of all financial KPIs in close relationship with other operational and support functions)</li> <li>Contribute and supervise to the monthly actual financial reporting and accounting processes</li> <li>Lead the monthly and yearly tax declarations process</li> <li>Drive the forecast and budget process for the Country</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Communicate and supervise the financial performance with all related business partners / stakeholders</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Prepare financials presentations, reports and analysis for local and regional management</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Support the Country Finance Director for Business Controlling and local compliance</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Support the project controlling activity</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Provide ad-hoc financial analysis when requested</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Support the Tender activity when needed</li> </ul> Qualifications / Key requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelors’s / Master’s degree in Finance</li> <li>More than 10 years of experience in finance (financial controlling, reporting, accounting, FP&A roles…)</li> <li>Experience in Transportation/Construction sector is a plus</li> <li>Fluent in English & French, both written and spoken</li> <li>Excellent analytical and communication skills with ability to respond under pressure and tight deadlines</li> <li>Ability to perform in a multinational and complex environment, create and manage network and connections with global organization, Product Lines and large list of different stakeholders</li> <li>Experience in Budget/Forecast and performance controlling</li> <li>Experience in Accounting management</li> <li>Experience for team management</li> <li>Strong knowledge in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local statutory standards</li> <li>Strong knowledge in local tax legislation</li> <li>Ability to present and communicate with senior management</li> <li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office Pack (Excel, PPT, Word…)</li> </ul> Location : Casablanca You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
