You'll play a key role in shaping the future of our site by leading the deployment of the Alstom Performance System (APSYS), ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams such as Quality, site management, and APSYS network members, empowering teams with lean methodologies and tools, and much more. APSYS Deployment: <ul> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Work with Site MD on strategic transformation using site SQCD objectives and APSYS roadmap.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Train people on APSYS program, methodologies and tools in his site / project.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Support each department in APSYS deployment by providing on field expertise on lean & continuous improvement tools</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Facilitate and coordinate all improvement actions to reach APSYS targets defined with each métier based on APSYS roadmaps</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Consolidate and report deployment status to Managing Director and APSYS Central team</li> </ul> APSYS assessment: <ul> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Is responsible of self-assessment consolidation and APSYS assessment week / support mission’s preparation (logistics / accommodation, agenda, people availability …)</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Perform APSYS assessments in other sites / projects.</li> </ul> APSYS Network <ul> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Participate to APSYS events (webinars, APSYS award...)</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Contribute as trainer to global training program deployment (eg: TrAMway, AQP/AQL, etc) in other sites / projects</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Share good practices & benchmarks (internal / external) within APSYS network) </li> </ul> Performance measurements: <ul> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Successful Lean impact on the métier</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Progress from Y-1 to Y on APSYS maturity</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Site KPI improvement </li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul style="list-style-type:square"> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Degree (technical/engineering)</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Expert in his Metier</li> </ul> Desirable: <ul> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">high energy, high exposure, international travel.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Master lean principles (5S, Standard, Gemba, VSM, problem solving, performance and kaizen mindset)</li> </ul> Mandatory: <ul> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Capacity to coach top management of site and project team.</li> </ul> Competencies & Skills - (Technical & Behavioral) <ul> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Rigor, Communication, experience in operational activities and results driven.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Data driven and courageous - Ability to manage teams in cross and multicultural relationships.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Ability to develop dashboard, automate workflows and manage collaborartive digital solutions.</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Collaboration and team working, critical thinking and problem solving.</li> </ul> Desirable: <ul> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Proficiency in PowerBI, Power Automate and SharePoint</li> </ul> You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
