You’ll support crews on the ground, keep our sites running smoothly and be part of a team that values capability, reliability and genuine teamwork. </p> <p><strong>About the Role </strong></p> <p>Provide HSE support to Greenbushes, working closely with leaders and crews to enable safe, efficient and compliant delivery. </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities </strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure effective implementation and adherence to the HSEQ Management Plan.</li> <li>Provide expert mentoring and guidance on HSEQ Management Systems.</li> <li>Engage with clients on WHS activities and monitor site-based lead and lag indicators.</li> <li>Assist with accident and incident investigations as needed.</li> <li>Conduct risk assessments to support operational safety.</li> <li>Oversee site corrective action and hazard reporting processes.</li> <li>Perform site inspections and audits according to the annual safety planner and activity planners.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You’ll Bring </strong></p> <ul> <li>ICAM credential is essential </li> <li>Australian recognised Auditing qualification is desirable</li> <li>Experience in HSE within mining </li> <li>Strong attention to detail and service mindset </li> <li>Clear communication and ability to work with different teams </li> <li>Commitment to safety, respect and doing things the right way </li> </ul> <p><strong>Role Details </strong></p> <ul> <li>Location: Greenbushes, WA</li> <li>Roster: (8:6) </li> <li>Competitive benefits package including: <ul> <li>Paid Parental Leave for primary carers </li> <li>Retail discounts (including homewares, outdoor gear, fuel and groceries) </li> <li>Novated leases </li> <li>Comprehensive wellbeing program </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Why Macmahon? </strong></p> <ul> <li>Be part of a team that looks out for each other.
