define target systems and multi-stage plans in coordination and collaboration with suppliers; and monitor supplier development based on the agreed-upon goals.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Work closely with cross-functional teams, including logistics, procurement, and production, to ensure alignment of performance goals across the supply chain.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Participate in ensuring supply to the assigned plants within the agreed time and quantities by ensuring fully developed, stable "Supply Chain Performance".</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Participate in supporting suppliers in the case of long-term supply difficulties by making cause and capacity analyses, defining and following up actions and, if necessary, providing on-site support, in consultation with the supervisor in each case.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Coordinate escalations and documentation to suppliers through suitable deviation management, including calculating and measuring threshold values for logistic complaints, logistic delivery reliability, special trips, etc.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Conduct supplier audits, process inspections, and define and track actions.</span></li> </ul> <p style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> </p> <p style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> </p> <h4 style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="text-decoration:underline;color:darkcyan"><strong><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Profile:</span></strong></span></h4> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">University degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Performance Analysis, or a related role</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Knowledge of Power BI is an asset.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience with supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Excellent English level;
