In this role, you’ll partner closely with multiple Hub Leads and senior executives to deliver strategic people initiatives and effective day-to-day people outcomes across the Amplar Health portfolio. As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you’ll help enable business strategy through practical, people-focused solutions that enhance both employee and customer experiences. You’ll support leaders in navigating complex workforce challenges, building capability, strengthening engagement, and driving continuous improvement. This is a highly influential role where you’ll coach and support leadership teams, influence outcomes, and constructively challenge thinking to deliver on people strategies and broader business objectives. About You You’re a collaborative and strategic HR professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver meaningful business outcomes.
