This is an opportunity to step straight into a collaborative and purpose-led environment, partnering with leaders and delivering practical people solutions that help create great experiences for our people. <div>If you're someone who enjoys building trusted relationships, navigating people challenges, and making a meaningful impact from day one, we'd love to hear from you. <div> <h3>What you'll bring</h3> You'll partner with leaders across the business, providing guidance on a broad range of people matters, including: <ul> <li>Employee relations, performance management and workplace issues.</li> <li>Award interpretation, people policies and employment-related advice. </li> <li>Coaching and supporting leaders to build capability and confidence.</li> <li>Using people insights and data to drive better outcomes. </li> <li>Contributing to employee lifecycle activities and continuous improvement initiatives. </li> </ul> <h3>About you</h3> You'll be a curious, collaborative and commercially minded HR professional with: <ul> <li>Previous experience in a People Advisor, HR Advisor or similar role.</li> <li>Strong employee relations knowledge and a practical approach to problem-solving.</li> <li>The ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders.</li> <li>A proactive mindset and a genuine passion for creating great employee experiences</li> </ul> </div> </div> </div> Imagine working with us We understand that work means different things to everyone...
