The CSR Specialist executes Region-wide strategies, policies, and standards by designing technical solutions, conducting compliance audits, enhance reporting systems, and providing data-driven insights to leadership. This role is responsible for analysing the environmental impact of the Region's services and operations and deploying sustainable solutions to reduce emissions, consumption, and prevent pollution.</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H4 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></H4> </div><div><ol> <li>Advocate for and support the CSR and ESG initiatives and goals of the organisation.</li> <li>Network and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges</li> <li>Analyse data, translate trends into actionable insights, and propose data-driven recommendations</li> <li>Design, and monitor region-wide CSR and ESG solutions in alignment with organisation strategies and governance</li> <li>Develop and maintain automated ESG tracking, reporting, and data visualization using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools</li> <li>Monitor performance and provide input to objectives and key results to meet evolving business needs</li> <li>Support engagement of employees as CSR ambassadors and volunteers in programs to help the environment or community.</li> <li>Contribute inputs in the development of CSR and ESG strategy plans with tactical approaches to ensure operational advantage</li> <li>Advise and assist the international CSR and ESG network team to achieve effective resource allocation</li> <li>Create, review, and update company-related content and materials for internal and external platforms</li> <li>Monitor and coordinate responses to company-related queries as required</li> <li>Support the preparation and publication of sustainability reports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards</li> <li>Performs and assumes other duties and responsibilities as may be required.</li> </ol></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H4 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Requirements:</b></H4> </div><div><ol style="list-style-type:upper-alpha;margin-top:0.0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt"> <li>Works in a matrix environment, collaborating with senior leaders to deliver CSR and ESG initiatives.</li> <li>Experienced Environmental, Social, and Governance, and/or Sustainability Practitioner</li> <li>Ability to implement and operate defined CSR and ESG structures to sustain given objectives</li> <li>Demonstrated experience advising on CSR/ESG functions or projects at the national or regional level, with a track record of technical implementation and stakeholder engagement</li> <li>Capability to perform audit readiness assessments and serve as a regional technical ESG resource</li> <li>2-4 years of relevant or supporting CSR/ESG experience</li> <li>Proficient in using AI, Power Automate, MS Office, Teams, and SharePoint applications</li> <li>Working knowledge of relevant ESG reporting frameworks and standards</li> <li>Ability to analyse, interpret, and work with databases, agreements, contracts, legal and technical documents</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, collaborate cross-functionally, and work independently under pressure</li> <li>Minimum of a bachelor's degree in relevant fields with relevant CSR or ESG certification against international standards (e.g., ISO, GRI, ESRS, or equivalent)</li> <li style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 8.0pt 0.0px;text-align:justify;line-height:107%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"> </li> </ol></div></div></div><p>Join an inclusive, flexible and diverse company where you can thrive while contributing to positively transforming the world we live in.<br> <br> #ShapingaWorldofTrust #leaveyourmark<br> </p>
