Across all our businesses and countries, each one of our people leaves their mark <b>in shaping society</b>.</p> <p>> We believe that <b>leaving a mark</b> is a true challenge and opportunity for every one of us.</p> <p>> We believe that <b>leaving a mark</b> is a sign of trust and impact.</p> <p>> We believe that <b>leaving a mark</b> is a bond with the future.</p> <p>> We believe that <b>leaving a mark</b> is proof of growth and development.</p> <p><br> Being part of the BV family, is more than just working, it’s being convinced that you <b>will leave your mark... in shaping a world of Trust</b>.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Responsible for the building inspection tasks related to PSI, PFI and SLA.</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Perform structural inspections on existing building or infrastructure to identify defects and repair.</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Liaison with clients or ground agencies for on-site inspection works.</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Report inspection outcomes to the Qualified Person.</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Prepare inspection reports in the designated format and within specified timeframe.</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Liaison with Authorities for submissions.</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Supervise construction work by contractor in accordance with specifications or approved methods and maintain site records accordingly.</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Conduct site check to ensure the usage of approved materials and report any non-conformance to the Qualified Person.</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Verify all claims and reports submitted by subcontractors.</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Assist in identifying or verifying with ground agencies on the buildings that have previously undergone building repairs.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Minimum higher NITEC in Civil Engineering</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Minimum of 2 years of working experience at the construction site is added-advantage</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Detailed-oriented, meticulous, and good time management</li> <li style="list-style-type:disc">Civil engineer who is experienced and equipped with FI cert is preferred.</li> </ul><p>Join an inclusive, flexible and diverse company where you can thrive while contributing to positively transforming the world we live in.<br> <br> #ShapingaWorldofTrust #leaveyourmark<br> </p>
