<p><strong>Technical Requirements / </strong><strong>技术要求：</strong></p> <ol> <li>Review application forms and data sheets, complete daily report workload on time and accurately, and follow up on related work in accordance with supervisor's arrangements.</li> </ol> <p>审核申请单、数据单，准时准确的完成每天的报告工作量和相关工作跟进，服从上级的工作安排。</p> <ol start="2"> <li>Provide timely, accurate, fast and professional services to customers.</li> </ol> <p>向客户提供及时、准确、快速和专业的服务。</p> <ol start="3"> <li>Assist in handling customer complaints.</li> </ol> <p>协助处理客户的投诉。</p> <ol start="4"> <li>Master relevant case files and technical requirements, and promptly report any issues to N+1 and the technical department.</li> </ol> <p>掌握相关案卷和技术要求，发现问题及时与N+1和技术部门反映。</p> <ol start="5"> <li>Review and upload reports submitted by auditors according to specified customer requirements.</li> </ol> <p>根据指定客户的要求，审阅并上传审核员提交的报告。</p> <ol start="6"> <li>Record customer feedback and comments, and promptly respond to questions regarding audit reports.</li> </ol> <p>记录客户的意见及反馈，并及时回复有关审核报告的问题。</p> <ol start="7"> <li>Promptly report events related to integrity and compliance to supervisors or compliance managers.</li> </ol> <p>及时向上级或廉政经理报告与廉政相关的事件。</p> <ol start="8"> <li>Timely update customer special requirement documents and notify relevant departments to update related audit files.</li> </ol> <p>及时更新客户特殊要求文件，以及通知相关部门更新有关审核文件。</p> <ol start="9"> <li>Participate in customer training and meetings, and communicate customer requirements to auditors.</li> </ol> <p>参与客户的培训和会议，分享传达客户要求至审核员。</p> <ol start="10"> <li>Collect error information from auditor reports.</li> </ol> <p>收集审核员报告中的错误信息。</p> <ol start="11"> <li>Provide support to auditors regarding audit reports.</li> </ol> <p>在审核报告方面给予审核员支持。</p> <p> </p> <p><strong><u>Required Skills & Qualification </u></strong></p> <p><strong>职位要求</strong></p> <p>1、Priority given to candidates with majors in textile engineering, light chemical engineering, dyeing and finishing, business English, international trade, or related fields; Associate degree or above; English proficiency level 4 or above.</p> <p>纺织工程/轻化工程/染整/商务英语/国际贸易等相关专业优先，大专及以上学历，英语四级及以上；</p> <p>2、Proficient in office software; strong learning ability and sense of responsibility; good teamwork spirit.</p> <p>熟练使用办公软件，有较强的学习能力和责任心，有良好的团队合作精神；</p> <p>3、Priority given to candidates with relevant experience in textile product testing or apparel export follow-up work; familiarity with relevant testing standards, regulations and requirements is preferred.</p> <p>有纺织品检测相关工作经验或者服装外贸跟单工作经验者优先；熟悉相关测试标准、规定和要求优先。</p> <p>4、Certain communication skills; good at analysis, problem-solving and process improvement; proficient in computer operations such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.</p> <p>有一定沟通能力，擅长分析、解决问题、过程改进；熟练Excel，Word，ppt等计算机操作。</p> <p>5、Honest and trustworthy; high sense of responsibility.</p> <p>诚实守信，高度的责任心</p>
