Being part of the BV family, is more than just working, it’s being convinced that you will leave your mark... in shaping a world of Trust.<div> <h3> </h3> <h3>Inspector – Multi Discipline</h3> Industry: Oil & Gas / Petrochemical Employment Type: Project-Based <h4>Responsibilities</h4> <ul> <li>Conduct third-party inspection and verification activities across Welding, Process Piping, Mechanical Equipment, Painting, Coating, Wrapping, Hydrotesting, and NDT works.</li> <li>Monitor construction, fabrication, testing, and inspection activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.</li> <li>Review and assess NDT procedures and inspection methodologies.</li> <li>Witness welding inspections, hydrotests, mechanical completion activities, and NDT examinations.</li> <li>Review and verify Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), quality procedures, site queries, NCRs, and concession requests.</li> <li>Prepare inspection reports and ensure timely resolution of quality issues.</li> <li>Coordinate with contractors, clients, and project teams to maintain quality and compliance requirements.</li> </ul> <h4>Qualifications</h4> <ul> <li>Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering.</li> <li>Minimum 10 years of experience in onshore and offshore Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.</li> <li>Proven experience in third-party inspection and verification activities covering: <ul> <li>Welding</li> <li>Process Piping</li> <li>Mechanical Equipment</li> <li>Painting & Coating</li> <li>Wrapping</li> <li>Hydrotesting</li> <li>Advanced NDT Methods</li> </ul> </li> <li>Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, inspection documentation, and international industry standards.</li> <li>Experience in reviewing and approving multidisciplinary ITPs, procedures, site queries, NCRs, and concession requests.</li> <li>Ability to assess and evaluate NDT procedures and techniques.</li> </ul> <h4>Certifications</h4> <h4>Valid CSWIP 3.1, AWS CWI, or ERS Welding Inspector Certification.</h4> <ul> <li>PCN Level II qualification is highly desirable.</li> <li>BGAS Level 2 or NACE Level 1 certification required.</li> <li>Must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel for international project assignments.</li> </ul> <h4>Preferred Experience</h4> <ul> <li>Refinery, Petrochemical, EPC, LNG, Offshore, and Pipeline projects.</li> <li>Experience working with international clients, inspection agencies, and certification bodies.</li> </ul> </div> Join an inclusive, flexible and diverse company where you can thrive while contributing to positively transforming the world we live in. #ShapingaWorldofTrust #leaveyourmark
