report delays and implement corrective actions</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Enforce health and safety protocols; ensure compliance with safety regulations on-site</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Supervise and coordinate workers and subcontractors; provide technical guidance and instructions</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Maintain daily site reports, inspection records, and progress documentation</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Identify and resolve construction issues promptly;
