Join an inclusive, flexible and diverse company where you can thrive while contributing to positively transforming the world, we live in. <h2>QUALIFICATIONS</h2> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"> Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering </li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"> Work Experience: Minimum 5 (five) years of experience in construction industry </li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"> MEP Supervision Experience: Proven experience as MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Field Supervisor on building construction/renovation and/or residential/housing development projects </li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"> Professional Certification: Valid Work Competency Certificate (SKA/SKK) - Junior Expert level (Grade 7) </li> </ul> <hr> <h2>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</h2> General Site Management <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Oversee daily MEP construction activities and ensure smooth project execution on-site</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Inspect and verify that all MEP work meets design specifications, quality standards, and applicable building codes (SNI)</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Track daily progress against project schedule; report delays and implement corrective actions</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Enforce health and safety protocols; ensure compliance with safety regulations on-site</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Supervise and coordinate MEP workers, technicians, and subcontractors; provide technical guidance and instructions</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Maintain daily site reports, inspection records, and progress documentation</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Identify and resolve MEP construction issues promptly; communicate with Project Manager</li> </ul> Mechanical Systems <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Monitor installation of HVAC systems, piping, pumps, and mechanical equipment</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Verify proper sizing, routing, and installation of mechanical systems</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Ensure compliance with mechanical design drawings and specifications</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Supervise testing and commissioning of mechanical systems</li> </ul> Electrical Systems <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Oversee electrical installation including conduits, cables, panels, and equipment</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Verify proper cable sizing, routing, grounding, and termination</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Ensure compliance with electrical design drawings and applicable electrical codes</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Supervise testing and commissioning of electrical systems</li> </ul> Plumbing Systems <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Monitor installation of water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Verify proper pipe sizing, slope, and installation methods</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Ensure compliance with plumbing design drawings and building codes</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Supervise pressure testing and system flushing</li> </ul> Coordination & Integration <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Coordinate MEP work with structural, architectural, and interior disciplines</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Manage spatial coordination to avoid clashes and conflicts between systems</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Ensure timely completion of MEP rough-in before finishing works</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Maintain coordination schedules and resolve interface issues</li> </ul> Quality & Documentation <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Verify material quality and certifications for all MEP components</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Maintain comprehensive MEP documentation including as-built drawings and test reports</li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt">Ensure proper labeling and identification of systems and equipment</li> </ul>Our people are ambitious and humble, believing in what they do and convinced that our purpose is shaping a world of trust.
