verify performance and functionality</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Monitor progress</strong> against project timeline and milestones; report delays and implement corrective actions</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Coordinate</strong> between engineers, contractors, and subcontractors</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Manage materials</strong> – verify quality, coordinate deliveries, and monitor inventory</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Enforce safety</strong> protocols and K3 regulations; maintain safe work environment</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Document</strong> progress, inspections, test reports, and compliance records</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Troubleshoot</strong> technical issues and implement solutions with engineering support</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Maintain records</strong> including daily logs, as-built documentation, and commissioning reports</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Conduct training</strong> for site personnel on MEP systems operation and maintenance</span></li> </ul> <hr> <h2><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Required Qualifications</span></h2> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Education</strong>: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Certification</strong>: SKA/SKK (Professional Certification) minimum Junior Expert level</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Experience</strong>: Minimum 5 years in the construction services industry</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><strong>Specialized Experience</strong>: Proven track record as MEP Supervisor on multi-story building construction, renovation, or office/residential projects (minimum 4 floors)</span></li> </ul> <hr> <h2><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Desired Skills & Competencies</span></h2> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and installation methods</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Proficiency in reading MEP drawings and technical specifications</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Experience with system testing, commissioning, and performance verification</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Knowledge of building codes and MEP-related regulations</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Strong leadership and team management abilities</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Excellent attention to detail and quality focus</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Strong communication and interpersonal skills</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Proficiency in MEP software and documentation tools</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Physical ability to work on construction sites</span></li> <li style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Fluency in English and/or local language</span></li> </ul><p>Our people are ambitious and humble, believing in what they do and convinced that our purpose is shaping a world of trust.
