<p>Position is open for KZ passport holders - Certification Product Line Head<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>- Developing a professional and mutually beneficial relationship with clients;<br>- Monitor accounting policies and practices to ensure compliance with contractual requirements;<br>- Develop CER's commercial activities and sales in Kazakhstan;<br>- Setting up, co-ordinating, delegating, supervising, and managing the overall certification organisation;<br>- Adjusting commercial/operational activities on strategic, tactical, and operational level;<br>- Feedback to management team and other departments.<br>- To lead and steer the operational organisation performing their activities within the framework of CER MS, Code of Ethics, BV Group policies and the requirements of all operating licences;<br>- Managing PNL of certification services in the country<br>- Managing the resources to deliver these services</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul style="list-style-type:none"> <li>5+ years of experience in certification/auditing, including leadership experience;</li> <li>Proven track record in business development and service sales;</li> <li>Knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 22000, 27001);</li> <li>Experience with P&L and budgeting;</li> <li>Strong leadership and communication skills;</li> <li>English — Upper-Intermediate or higher;</li> </ul>
