What will make you successful in the role? Ideally you will have worked in a large matrix style organisation. You'll have strong communication skills, strong stakeholder management experience, attention to detail and a flexible "can-do" attitude. You’ll need to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves to help and be able to gauge when this is necessary.
