This role balances the medical safety of a highly skilled midwife with the personalized logistics of a private concierge.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS</b></H2> </div><div><ol> <li><span><span style="color:#555146">Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi professional team according to set clinical standards and relevant legislation</span></span></li> <li>Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in accordance with clinical risk, policies, procedures and relevant legislation.</li> <li>To provide accurate and comprehensive records of all nursing interventions according to company standard and legal requirements</li> <li><span><span style="color:#555146">To facilitate positive patient experience through VIP Concierge & Experience Management services by creating a conducive environment as guided by company principles and initiatives</span></span></li> <li><span><span style="color:#555146">To utilize all required stock and equipment efficiently, according to Mediclinic guidelines</span></span></li> <li><span><span style="color:#555146">To create and contribute to a learning environment that builds employee competence by actively supervising, mentoring and coaching learners and nursing employees</span></span></li> </ol></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>REQUIRED EDUCATION</b></H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:'Arial', 'sans-serif'"><span style="color:#555146">Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Midwifery or Bachelors degree in Nursing with a Midwifery Diploma</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:'Arial', 'sans-serif'"><span style="color:#555146">Relevant Life Support courses i.e. NRP, PROMPT,<br>Advanced CTG</span></span></span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>REQUIRED EXPERIENCE</b></H2> </div><div><p>A minimum of 5 years hands on experience in antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care in leading healthcare institutions<br>A minimum of 2 years in VIP maternity services as coordinator or client-facing role</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE</b></H2> </div><ul style="margin-top:0.0;margin-bottom:0.0"><li>Basic Arabic language skills </li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards </li><li>Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications </li><li>Verbal and written communication skills in English </li></ul></div></div><p>All applicants will be considered, with the understanding that preference will be given to the designated groups in accordance with the United Arab Emirates Emiratization Program.
