POSITION SUMMARY The Training Supervisor leads site training execution to support technical and operational capability needs. This role manages site training processes and key training systems, including Training Foundations, competency development, onboarding, and upskilling pathways. The position partners with site leaders, Manufacturing Excellence, HR, and Learning & Organization Development to implement practical training solutions that support safety, compliance, workforce capability, and business performance. The Training Supervisor also provides day-to-day leadership for Trainers and Training Coordinators, where applicable.
