This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by partnering with healthcare professionals, improving patient outcomes, and contributing to Bayer's growth in Singapore.</p> <h3>Where Do You Want To Go?</h3> <p>As a Product Specialist, you will play a key role in building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), promoting Bayer's innovative therapies, and driving business performance within your assigned territory.</p> <p>You will collaborate closely with Commercial, Marketing, Medical Affairs and other cross-functional teams while embracing Bayer's shared ownership model and growth mindset.</p> <h3>Do Something That Moves You</h3> <ul> <li>Achieve and exceed sales objectives for assigned products and territory.</li> <li>Develop and execute effective territory plans and plans of action.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.</li> <li>Deliver scientific product information and communicate clinical evidence effectively.</li> <li>Create demand through value-based customer engagement.</li> <li>Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and territory performance.</li> <li>Gather and share market intelligence, competitive insights and customer feedback.</li> <li>Collaborate with Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams to address customer needs and achieve business objectives.</li> <li>Support educational programs, scientific meetings and promotional initiatives.</li> <li>Ensure full compliance with Bayer policies, industry regulations and ethical standards.</li> </ul> <h3>Does This Sound Like You?</h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Science, Healthcare or a related discipline.</li> <li>Minimum 3-5 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience.</li> <li>Experience in <strong>Ophthalmology or Specialty Care is required</strong>.</li> <li>Key Account Management experience is an advantage.</li> <li>Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and HCP engagement.</li> <li>Strong business acumen, planning and analytical skills.</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions.</li> <li>Results-driven with strong ownership, accountability and adaptability.</li> </ul> <h3>Be You @ Bayer</h3> <p>At Bayer, we are committed to creating an environment where everyone can thrive.
