We are looking for a Supply Planning Executive to assist in the implementation, sustained compliance of GLOBE DSP processes and best practices including NCE initiatives across all Business Units in Malaysia.(To manage the Supply Network of the assigned area of the business by replenishing each dispatch point to meet customer service objectives whilst maintaining optimal stock cover that also takes into account the distribution costs.) A day in the life of... <ul style="margin-top:0.0px;margin-bottom:0.0px"> <li class="15" style="text-indent:10.0px;margin-left:10.0px">Apply Customer Service mindset in daily operations.</li> <li class="15" style="text-indent:10.0px;margin-left:10.0px">Supply planning: Analyze and evaluate the supply plan and net despatch requirements to satisfy customer needs taking into account the network complexity and the supply constraints.</li> <li class="15" style="text-indent:10.0px;margin-left:10.0px">Load planning: Plan and optimize mixed loads taking into account transportation constraints.</li> <li class="15" style="text-indent:10.0px;margin-left:10.0px">Determine the Finished Goods Stock Cover policy using the Stock Optimizer on a periodic basis for existing products and new products, Production flexibility, DPA, MOQ’s.</li> <li class="15" style="text-indent:10.0px;margin-left:10.0px">Effective application of Supply Planning Processes (including AVC process), Tools and Best Practices across DRP Planners.</li> <li class="15" style="text-indent:10.0px;margin-left:10.0px">Ability to manage supply exceptions effectively to minimize internal and external impact.</li> <li class="15" style="text-indent:10.0px;margin-left:10.0px">Ability to anticipate and escalate potential issues or opportunities.</li> <li class="15" style="text-indent:10.0px;margin-left:10.0px">Participate in Key Meetings e.g. Operational Demand & Supply Review (OpDSR), Weekly Production Review (WPR), Monthly Production Review (MPR) and Monthly Operations Review (MOR).</li> <li class="15" style="text-indent:10.0px;margin-left:10.0px">Effective use of reports as Management Tool and Performance Indicators.</li> </ul> What Will Make You Successful, <ul style="margin-top:0.0px;margin-bottom:0.0px"> <li class="15" style="text-indent:28.0px;margin-left:0.0px">Two or more years of relevant operational experience at market / business level, in at least one of the following areas:</li> </ul> • Factories – Production • Foreign Trade / IMS Factory Logistics • Other Demand & Supply Planning positions OIT (Operations Improvement Team). <ul style="margin-top:0.0px;margin-bottom:0.0px"> <li class="15" style="text-indent:28.0px;margin-left:0.0px">Exposure in Customer Service will be an added advantage </li> </ul> We are Nestlé, the largest food and beverage company.
