Manager- Agri Input and services partnership POSITION PURPOSE: Develop and lead critical partnerships with Agri input partners viz Seeds, Crop protection, Crop Nutrition, mechanization and other non-agri input partners to develop ecosystem based customized solutions to unlock the farming potential of smallholders through BLF and FPO ecosystem. YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITES: <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Map the organizations across Agri value chain in the areas of Agri-input, Risk mitigation, Mechanization as prospective BLF and FPO partners</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Map the reach/presence of these prospective partners as per the expansion plan of Better Life Farming</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Prepare the target partnership landscape and roadmap, based on the Better Life Farming strategy (Crops, geography)</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Develop the mechanism to maximize the value creation for Better Life Farming alliance partners in short and long term.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Establish direct revenue stream by driving monetization of BLF platform in all segments of product portfolio in terms of fixed and variable platform fees.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Develop a tool kit for the onboarding of the partners onto the Better Life Farming platform, including- MoU, Branding and communication guidance, Cost sharing/onboarding fees, sharing the current progress of the Better Life Farming, etc.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Drive partner onboarding in Bayer system, through cross functional alignment with Legal, Finance & Credit teams</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Drive monetization process of invoicing & collection within set timelines, by coordinating with Finance & Credit teams. Timely invoicing, review of BLF sales register & follow-up with both internal & partner teams are critical for completion of this process.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Develop a robust governance model to manage the partnership which should include shared KPIs and regular monthly/quarterly calls to track the progress and take timely course correction if needed.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Drive coordination between BLF team and partner team, for smooth operations</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Develop and manage process for sales data collection from Better Life Farming HUB and centres for monetization.</li> </ul> WHO YOU ARE: <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">University degree in agriculture.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Master’s degree in marketing or business administration would be an added advantage</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">English language fluency spoken and written in addition to fluency in the local language(s) is a must</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Minimum of 7 -10 years of related professional experience</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Previous experience in managing partnerships across Agri-input industry</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Excellent organizational, prioritization, communication and presentation skills</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Ability to relate well with people at different levels of authority and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders</li> </ul> Ever feel burnt out by bureaucracy?
