You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Treasury, Finance & Control, Risk Management, Legal, HR, and external insurance partners, ensuring accurate reporting, governance, compliance, and operational excellence across insurance-related processes. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> </div> <div> <h2><strong>A Day in the Role </strong></h2> <p> </p> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p><strong>Manage insurance-related invoice processing, payment tracking, and premium administration, </strong>ensuring timely and accurate execution of financial transactions. </p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p><strong>Coordinate Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) processes</strong> and partner with procurement and finance teams to facilitate invoice posting and payments. </p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p>Maintain and update key <strong>Power BI dashboards</strong>, including claims reserves, cash flows, insurer and broker costs, benchmark reporting, and profit-and-loss reports. </p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p><strong>Create, refresh, and manage country-specific medical and insurance dashboards</strong> on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. </p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p><strong>Support cash management activities</strong> through reconciliations, reporting, approvals, and monitoring of insurance-related cash flows. </p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p>Maintain <strong>insurance documentation</strong>, including policies, contracts, reports, invoices, surveys, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and compliance. </p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p>Deliver <strong>governance support and training to relevant stakeholders</strong> to ensure compliance with risk and insurance standards. </p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p>Drive <strong>process improvement, automation, and emerging service initiatives</strong> that enhance operational efficiency and service quality. </p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p><strong>Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external insurers</strong>, service providers, and auditors to support business objectives and reporting requirements. </p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <p> </p> </div> <div> <h2> </h2> <h2><strong>What Will Make You Successful </strong></h2> <p> </p> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p><strong>Bachelor’s degree</strong> in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, Insurance, or a related field. CPA qualification is an advantage. </p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p><strong>At least 2–3 years of relevant experience</strong><strong> </strong>in Finance, Insurance, Risk Management, Accounting, or Shared Services/BPO operations. </p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p>Experience supporting <strong>global or multinational </strong><strong>business environments</strong> is preferred. </p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p><strong>Knowledge of insurance operations, risk finance processes, governance, and internal controls. </strong></p> </li> </ul> </div>
