We are recruiting for a SHE Manager to provide maternity cover for a period of up to 12-months. This is a fixed term opportunity which will report into the Factory Manager. Nestlé’s Dalston Factory in Cumbria is the European Centre for cappuccino and creamers producing a range of beverage products. These are produced through a highly automated PLC controlled process plant and automated filling and packing lines. Your impact Ultimately, you will be responsible for providing specialist advice to line managers regarding the management of Health, Safety and Environment in the Factory. You will be the expert in safety, health, and environmental sustainability for Dalston Factory and assist in delivering the market SHE strategy. ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 standards.</li> <li style="margin:0.0cm -9.4pt 0.0cm 0.0px;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Provide training and coaching to managers and team leaders to help them take ownership, lead and manage SHE within their area of responsibility. </li> <li style="margin:0.0cm -9.4pt 0.0cm 0.0px;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensure compliance total site SHE compliance as well as implementing regular auditing and tracking.</li> <li
