What You Will Do Crucial role in supporting the needs of site production operations, skilled at building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders and responsible for partnering at various levels of the organization to drive strategic and operational effectiveness. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: <ul style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0px"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> Assists staff in operational activities pertaining to delegated area of expertise; including but not limited to HSE, grower accounting, field operations, plant operations, human resources, accounts payable, procurement and/or other areas defined by leadership; </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"> Participates in community outreach event(s) representing the site; </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"> Enters and validates information into computer/data systems; </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"> Assists with the onboarding/offboarding of site employees; </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"> With some supervision, reviews and processes freight payments, bulk shipments and schedule deliveries; </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"> Follows and communicates payroll policies and performs audits to ensure polices are adhered to; </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"> Supports site initiatives and Production System improvements; </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"> Assists with grower pricing, maintains contract/grower vendor data in SAP and inbound/outbound trucking fleet during Harvest operations; </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"> Understands the site accounts payable process and completes payments to vendors; </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"> Supports the site expense management program and assists site employees with completion of expense reports; </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"> Supports with Production Orders, inventory management and SAP data entering. </li> </ul> Required Qualifications: <ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> High School Diploma plus 3 years relevant experience OR AA/BS degree with no relevant experience; </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"> Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"> Organization and prioritization skills and attention to detail; </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"> Understanding of manufacturing and/or desire to learn agriculture operations; </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"> Strong customer focus; </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"> Ability to rapidly connect and analyze data; </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"> Ability to communicate complex analytical insights in a precise and actional manner. </li> </ul> This posting will expire on July 28, 2026 Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $47200.00 - 70800.00 per year.
