Business, or related field (preferred).</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">10+ years of experience in commercial, marketing, or business management roles within agriculture or related industries.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Proven experience in specific vegetable segments tomato and pepper, including knowledge of plant raisers operation.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Demonstrated experience leading product introduction strategies and market development initiatives.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Advanced leadership capabilities, including ownership, decision-making, and accountability.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage complex customer ecosystems.</span></li>
