If you’re hungry to build a varied and meaningful career in a community of brilliant and diverse minds to make a real difference, there’s only one choice.</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:28.0px;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Operations Specialist - Push</strong> </span></p> <p> </p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><strong>POSITION PURPOSE:</strong> </span></p> <div><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•Processing of seed through all of the processing sub-departments, conditioning.</span></div> <div><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•Following QMS documents and company guidelines, this requires following instructions and accurately measuring seed materials necessary to fulfil the processing manufacturing orders.</span></div> <div> </div> <div><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><strong>YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong> </span></div> <div> <div><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•Responsible for review and monitoring of seeds and non seeds material and prioritizing and scheduling of process orders in alignment with daily plan.</span></div> <div><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•Coordinating with Warehouse team for the availability of seeds as per the Process orders</span></div> <div><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•Check the availability of the Seeds as per the process orders and report any ambiguity.</span></div> <div><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•Confirms cleaning condition of equipment before packing & Processing</span></div> <div><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•Increase functional knowledge through knowledge exchange, I and team development programs.</span></div> <div><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•Monitor the targets and reporting daily performance of on-time quality, productivity and operational issues to squads in Tier meetings</span></div> <div><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•Ensure the correct posting of process order confirmation, GI /GR of seed & non-seed materials and handover inventory to WH team along with Order confirmation sheet.</span></div> <div><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•Plan and ensure the appropriate & consistent functional trainings to contract workforce to enhance the skills in processing.</span></div> <div><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•Use SAP to support administrative procedures, documenting key readings, maintenance orders and production information</span></div> <div><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•Ability to observe abnormalities and be able to act accordingly</span></div> <div><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•Understanding Seedsmanship / quality / delivery of their work</span></div> <div><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•Result driven attitude. </span></div> <div><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•Ability to solve problems and manage exceptions</span></div> <div><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•Maintain and update key process documentation (QMS) including operating, start-up and shut-down procedures (process flow and instrumentation diagrams)</span></div> <div><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•Lead areas across the plant in driving the adoption of continuous improvement practices and programs (5S, Lean, Six Sigma) conducive to an organized and clean work environment.</span></div> <div><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•Utilize OnePSS techniques to initiate process and standard work improvements </span></div> <div><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">•Lead projects within Operations and be a part of cross-functional teams.
