We know that empowerment leads to strong employee engagement, a great work culture, and motivated employees.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What to Expect: </strong><br>We are looking for a Marketing Manager, Nescafé Coffee based at our North York Office reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager, Nescafé Coffee. This role will lead the strategic roadmap for a range of the Nescafé Coffee portfolio and is a fantastic opportunity to help plan, develop and execute marketing plans that strengthen, evolve, and grow the Nescafé brand.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>A day in the life:</strong><br>As a Marketing Manager, you will be working on projects on key segments of the Nescafé portfolio. This role is a great opportunity to lead brand strategy and execution to bring growth to the category. You will be working daily with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams locally and globally, with lots of autonomy and support to thrive.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>You will also:</strong><br>• Leverage brand, consumer and business data to build the brand strategy & activities that support Nescafé over both the short- and long-term horizon.<br>• Develop and nurture strong relationships with local and global stakeholders and local cross functional teams especially sales, demand & supply, and finance.<br>• Leverage key consumer/customer insights to develop strategies that build competitive advantage across the 4Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) across multiple segments and channels.<br>• Responsible for developing a 3-5 year I&R plan in Canada in line with Global strategy (where applicable), assessing the business and consumer needs locally.<br>• Leverage the strength of the Nescafé brand through translation of insights to action. Responsible for creating and/or adapting compelling communication and effective media strategies.<br>• Coach & develop an assistant marketing manager, actively communicating expectations, providing regular coaching and development to support their growth.<br>• Accountable for the P&L, managing internal and external changes impacting plans and budget within a specific range of the Nescafé Coffee portfolio.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Role Requirements</strong><br>• 7+ years of brand and product management experience, ideally in CPG, with a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)<br>• Experience working with global brands and external agency partnerships, including developing creative briefs and leading integrated, large-scale marketing campaigns<br>• Demonstrated success in applying core marketing and brand management fundamentals, with a proven track record of driving brand growth, delivering innovation, and managing P&L to achieve strong business results<br>• Strong analytical, strategic, and execution skills, with proven experience leveraging financial and Nielsen data insights to develop actionable recommendations that drive informed business decisions<br>• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams, while successfully managing cross-functional, cross-divisional, and enterprise-wide initiatives to deliver business results<br>• Strong understanding of the CPG commercialization process, with the ability to effectively navigate complex business environments and leverage organizational resources to drive successful product launches and growth<br>• Results-driven and self-motivated, with an entrepreneurial mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Benefits</strong><br>• Comprehensive total rewards benefits package including Health and Dental benefits that start on day one of employment <br>• Company matched pension plan <br>• Four weeks of Vacation and five personal days (Personal Paid Holidays) <br>• Flexible and hybrid work arrangements <br>• Excellent training and development programs as well as opportunities to grow within the company <br>• Access to Educational Assistance & Tuition Reimbursement <br>• Bonus eligibility <br>• Gender affirmation benefits to ensure access to necessary care, resources, and coverage for gender-affirming procedures<br>• Fertility Services and Surrogacy Medical Coverage to support the pursuit of a path to parenthood regardless of medical conditions, gender or sexual orientation<br>• Adoption benefits to remove some of the financial barriers associated with adoption<br>• Up to 50% off – Nespresso Coffee Machine, Capsules and accessories <br>• Access to the Discount Company store with Nestlé, Nespresso, and Purina products (Located across various Nestle offices/sites) </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Compensation Range:</strong> $120,000.00 CAD to $130,000.00 CAD + bonus eligibility</p> <p> </p> <p>At Nestlé Canada, we are committed to transparency and fairness in our compensation and job posting practices.
