sans-serif">To assume full accountability for account development within an assigned District, develop and source leads, upsell existing accounts and continually prospect for new business continually recommend initiatives and take proactive responsibility for district marketing and sales </span><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">activities.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">To prepare analysis of competitive products and selling techniques, conduct customer research </span><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">activities, and continually solicit customer needs, on an ongoing basis, as well as, analyze competitive </span><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">sales budgets, </span><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">quotas, pricing and distribution strategies.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">To obtain “the best” positioning of company products (displays) with distributors at point-of-purchase </span><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">sites ensuring maximum exposure and promotion of company products.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">To work with established company marketing and pricing literature and modify these within the district </span><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">to ensure customers and potential customers are well informed.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">To conduct on-site product training sessions and seminars for customers, distributors, and operators (in </span><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">a safe manner), as well as, co-ordinating presentations at Lincoln’s own company demonstration </span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">facilities (working out all logistics including: rental of necessary facilities, presentation equipment, set-up of welding procedures, product lines, marketing literature, and pricing information, to ensure well co-ordinated technical presentations.).</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">To continually provide technical support to all customers, build strong relationships and work with </span><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">distributors with respect to their inventories, inventory turns and margins, recommending appropriate </span><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">pricing strategies and managing accounts according to account sales volumes.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">To participate actively in industry trade shows, arrange floor space and displays and to represent company products in a professional manner distributing marketing information and conducting demonstrations as required.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">To attend ongoing product training sessions at the company corporate headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio and Toronto (as required) and continually stay abreast of developments in the industry with a view to enhancing all sales activities.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">To attend sales meetings and seminars, maintain accurate and up-to-date monthly expense reports, call record (sales), mileage reports, sales budgets, submit account reports as well as the top 30 largest account report.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">To troubleshoot customer concerns, product returns, service and repairs through the co-ordination and administration of warranties.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">To continually monitor performance against budgeted objectives and to modify sales strategies accordingly.</span></li> </ul></div></div><div co-operatively as an employee within the company Performance Appraisal Process and Merit Rating System.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">To actively participate in company, staff or individual one-on-one meetings on an ongoing basis for the purposes of effective teamwork, enhanced communication and progressive co-operation strategies within the department as
