We are recruiting for Operators at our state-of-the-art coffee production plant in Tutbury, Derbyshire. Nestlé Tutbury Factory in Derbyshire is one of the largest Nestlé factories in Europe after a £250 million investment over the last few years. The factory produces several of the most well-known Nescafé products in the world through freeze-dried, spray dried and pod coffee production technologies and is at the forefront of coffee production globally. Your impact Ultimately, you will support the day-to-day operations of our Factory, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of goods. Other key responsibilities: <ul style="margin-top:0.0cm;margin-bottom:0.0cm" type="disc"> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;line-height:normal;margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Ensure high safety standards are adhered to maintain a safe working environment.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;line-height:normal;margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Responsible for following inbound and outbound schedule by pallet retrieving, marshalling and loading pallets as per defined SOPs.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;line-height:normal;margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Load or unload trailers by driving suitable MHEs through loading docks or loading bays. </li> <li style="margin-bottom:0.0cm;line-height:normal;margin-top:0.0cm;margin-right:0.0cm;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Support with factory activities with movements of materials within the plant.</li> </ul> Your ingredients for success To be successful in this role you will already have experience within a warehouse or distribution centre environment. This role will require a valid FLT Counterbalance licence.
