} .profile_heading { font-weight: bold; } .profile_content { padding-bottom: 0.5rem; } .profile_section:has(.profile_item:empty) { display: none; } </style><p><strong>My responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead, mentor and develop high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation and continuous learning </li> <li>Drive the professional growth, coaching and career development of engineers and tech leads </li> <li>Build and maintain an inclusive, collaborative and performance-oriented engineering culture </li> <li>Manage employee performance through regular feedback, performance reviews and development planning </li> <li>Participate in recruitment, talent acquisition and onboarding activities to continuously strengthen the engineering organization </li> <li>Own the successful delivery of software, platform or automation initiatives aligned with business objectives </li> <li>Manage capacity planning, workload prioritization and resource allocation across engineering teams </li> <li>Establish and monitor key engineering metrics, KPIs and SLAs to ensure sustainable delivery performance </li> <li>Oversee incident management and resolution of critical situations through effective stakeholder communication and technical leadership </li> <li>Support technology modernization initiatives and evaluate emerging technologies to create business value </li> <li>Partner with architects, product owners and business stakeholders to align technology roadmaps with company objectives </li> <li>Champion Agile ways of working across teams, leveraging Scrum, Kanban and DevOps practices </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>The knowledge I own:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 4 years of experience in Software Engineering, Application Development, Platform Engineering, AI Development, DevOps or Agile Delivery environments </li> <li>Minimum 2 years of experience leading and developing engineering teams </li> <li>Proven track record of delivering complex technology initiatives in fast-paced and dynamic environments </li> <li>Experience working with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies and modern engineering practices </li> <li>Strong understanding of Software Engineering or Platform Engineering or DevOps or Automation and AI-driven solutions </li> <li>Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban and continuous delivery practices </li> <li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business audiences </li> <li>Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving capabilities </li> <li>Passion for engineering excellence, innovation and continuous improvement </li> <li>Ability to successfully lead teams through organizational and technological change </li> <li>Strong coaching and servant leadership mindset with a focus on team empowerment and growth </li> <li>Self-starter approach with a proactive and strategic mindset </li> <li>Open-minded and curious about emerging technologies and engineering trends </li> <li>Strong ownership mentality and commitment to delivering measurable business outcomes </li> <li>Excellent English language skills;
