The role involves designing and implementing key features for containerized storage solutions, driving innovation, contributing to open-source projects, learning new skills, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• 10+ years programming experience, including at least 3 years in Go.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Background in Kubernetes and/or Cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP) and ability to learn new technologies.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Proficient with Linux or Unix-like OS and network troubleshooting.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Skilled with GitHub, Jenkins, CI build systems, and automated testing frameworks.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Familiarity with Agile development practices.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Solid grasp of data structures, software engineering concepts, and best coding practices.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical colleagues.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Education</H2> </div><div><ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Typically requires a minimum of 4 - 8 years of related experience.Mgr & Exec - Typically requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience with Python (or other high-level languages).</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience working in open-source communities.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant discipline.</span></li> </ul></div></div></div>
