As proficiency is gained, may coordinate and schedule deliveries of aggregate products to construction and residential sites.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Ability to efficiently handle a high volume of calls.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Ensuring efficiency of weighing trucks across scale.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Monitoring load sizes of company trucks.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Communicating with loader operator and batch plant operator via two-way radio to accomplish the loading of pick-up customers. </li> </ul> <ul> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Traveling between various work site locations (local) as needed.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Regular and timely attendance.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Promptly communicate with supervisors on any flaws in material.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Other tasks and duties as assigned to meet business needs.</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt">Participate in and promote an inclusive work environment.</li> </ul> Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
