Job Summary This highly focused position utilizes customer, product, market, and internal cost data to quote products to existing and new customers in the Electric Utility space. You will be responsible for increasing sales analyzing cost/pricing, and quote submission. Additionally, the Estimator has the responsibility of identifying and monitoring competitors and market conditions. The goal is to contribute to the overall operational efficiency and provide superior customer service experience while building and maintaining the customer base and relationships. This role’s responsibilities will include Sales support and analysis, monitor competitor trends and market conditions. This position requires working knowledge of all business systems tools and is positioned to handle special / complex / high-profile accounts. Quoting exercises range from simple requests for a specific product to large, complex blanket opportunities covering a significant number of products. The primary function is to deliver best in class customer service, build strong relations, and influence decision makers.
