Job Summary The Regional Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing maintenance operations across multiple facilities within the Southeast Dry Mix Region. This role ensures that all Sites are maintained to high standards of safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance while managing budgets, capital improvement projects, and maintenance management systems. style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Manage and oversee all maintenance activities for assigned regional Sites, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Assist in the development and administration or Site maintenance budgets, controlling costs while maintaining service quality.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Lead capital installation and improvement projects, including equipment upgrades, facility renovations, and infrastructure enhancements.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Act as the subject matter expert for maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders, preventive maintenance, and asset performance.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Monitor preventive and predictive maintenance programs to extend asset life and reduce operational disruptions.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Train and evaluate maintenance supervisors, technicians, and third-party vendors.</li> <li equivalent or completion of technical school or equivalent in training, experience, and education</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Minimum of 5 years of multi-site maintenance management experience or 10 years of single-site maintenance management experience.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Demonstrated experience managing maintenance budgets.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Proven expertise in capital installation projects and large-scale facility upgrades.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Strong working knowledge of CMMS and maintenance software platforms.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Excellent leadership, organizational, and communications skills.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.</li> <li
