From providing raw materials to expert contracting services, we are the go-to supplier for any building and construction solutions.</p> </div> </div> <table> <tbody> <tr> <td style="height:36.0px"> <div id="tor__fintJobDescHeader_button_new"></div> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <p><br><br></p><p><strong>Estates Surveyor | Tarmac | Hybrid Working</strong></p> <p>Looking for your next challenge in property and estate management?</p> <p>Tarmac is seeking an <strong>Estates Surveyor</strong> to join our dynamic Property team, supporting a diverse portfolio of industrial and commercial properties across the UK.</p> <p>📍 <strong>Flexible Location | Hybrid Working</strong> While our head office is based at The Hub, Mountsorrel (Leicestershire), we can offer a range of office locations across the UK, combined with flexible hybrid working.</p> <p><strong>What you'll be doing:</strong></p> <p>✅ Managing day-to-day estate matters across freehold and leasehold properties<br>✅ Negotiating lease renewals and rent reviews with landlords and agents<br>✅ Identifying opportunities to generate income from Tarmac's land portfolio<br>✅ Supporting property cost management, repairs and maintenance programmes<br>✅ Managing relationships with external consultants and property agents</p> <p><strong>What we're looking for:</strong></p> <p>✔️ Experience within UK industrial and commercial property<br>✔️ Strong knowledge of landlord & tenant legislation<br>✔️ Proven ability to negotiate rent reviews, lease renewals and estate management matters<br>✔️ Commercial mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills<br>✔️ Ability to travel across the UK when required</p> <p>💡 Experience within the minerals, aggregates or related sectors would be advantageous, but is by no means essential.</p> <p> </p><p>At Tarmac, we're committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
