sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">· Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment of diverse sizes and weights across various quarry and construction tasks.</span></div> <div><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">· Adhere strictly to all company policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations, ensuring a safe work environment.</span></div> <div><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">· Promptly report any equipment or operational issues to the Foreman, Superintendent, Safety Manager, or Human Resources Manager.</span></div> <div><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">· Execute daily tasks as directed by the Foreman, meeting project or jobsite expectations.</span></div> <div><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">· Perform routine servicing and minor maintenance on equipment; escalate major issues to supervisors as necessary.</span></div> <div><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">· Complete thorough pre- and post-operation inspections with proper documentation, maintaining compliance with company protocols.</span></div> <div><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">· Assist in mentoring and training less-experienced team members in equipment operation, servicing, and repair to enhance team capabilities.</span></div> <div><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">· Take on general labor duties as required to support overall operations.</span></div> <div><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">· Maintain regular, reliable attendance and promptness at <div><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">· Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, with strong interpersonal skills.</span></div> <div><span
