The role supports problem-solving, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to meet Tetra Pak’s quality, food safety and environmental standards.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What you will do</b></H2> </div><div><p>As a Quality Engineer, you will:</p> <p> </p> <p>1. Laboratory Operations & Testing<br>• Oversee daily laboratory testing to ensure accuracy, repeatability, and compliance with test methods.<br>• Validate and verify laboratory equipment, methods, and instruments.<br>• Review and approve test results, laboratory reports, and certificates of analysis.<br>• Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments.<br>2. Quality System Compliance<br>• Ensure laboratory activities comply with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, BRCGS, FDA,) and internal quality systems.<br>• Maintain and update laboratory SOPs, work instructions, and technical procedures.<br>• Support internal and external quality audits, customer audits, and regulatory assessments.<br>3. Non-Conformance & Root Cause Analysis<br>• Participant investigations for testing failures, non-conformances, and customer complaints.<br>• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) using tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, and DMAIC.<br>• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and verify effectiveness related with laboratories.<br>4. Data Analysis & Reporting<br>• Analyze laboratory data, trends, and quality indicators to identify improvement opportunities.<br>• Prepare quality reports for management, including lab performance metrics and quality trends.<br>• Support Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other analytical quality tools.<br>5. Continuous Improvement<br>• Drive improvement projects to enhance testing accuracy, reduce variability, and strengthen quality processes.<br>• Support digitalization, automation, and method optimization in the laboratory.<br>6.
