The role ensures accurate and predictable planning of field activities, internal competence development, and mandatory solution deployments.</p> <p> </p> <p>Leveraging planning expertise, knowledge of demand patterns, workforce capabilities, and planning systems, the Resource Planner works closely with Service Account Representatives (SARs), Project Managers, Service Delivery Managers (SDMs), Technical Delivery Experts (TDEs), CSO support teams, and Upgrade Managers to ensure reliable execution, minimize last-minute changes, optimize resource utilization, and enhance customer satisfaction, operational performance, and safety</p> <p> <br>This is a permanent position located in <strong>Brussels</strong> or <strong>Utrecht.</strong></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What you will do</b></H2> </div><div><p>Operational Resource Planning &amp;
