We succeed as a team by embracing integrity, mutual respect, innovation, service, sustainability, and financial strength. <div>Position Overview</div> <div> </div> <div>The Crusher Loader Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to feed crushing and screening plants, manage material stockpiles, load customer trucks, and support daily quarry or aggregate production activities. This position works closely with plant personnel and management to ensure production, quality, safety, and environmental objectives are achieved.</div> <h3>Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)</h3> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Operate a front-end loader to feed crushers, screens, hoppers, and conveyors with aggregate material.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Load customer trucks and maintain accurate load quantities as required.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Build, maintain, and reclaim aggregate stockpiles in a safe and efficient manner.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Conduct pre-shift and post-shift inspections of mobile equipment and report maintenance needs promptly.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Perform routine servicing and minor maintenance on equipment, including fueling, lubrication, and cleaning.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Monitor equipment performance and report any mechanical issues or unsafe conditions.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Assist with crusher and plant maintenance activities as needed.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Follow established production schedules and operational procedures to meet production goals.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Maintain work areas in a clean and organized condition through housekeeping activities.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Comply with all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Participate in safety meetings, training sessions, and site inspections.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Work collaboratively with supervisors, maintenance personnel, truck drivers, and other team members.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Perform other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <h3> </h3> <h3>Qualifications </h3> To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
