Reporting into Director of Site Operations - NAP, the role is responsible for ensuring operational activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with business objectives, while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance. Working closely with production, engineering, supply chain, and site leadership teams, the Senior Operations Manager leads the development and implementation of operational strategies that improve productivity, quality, cost performance, and customer service. The role is instrumental in standardising processes, optimising resources, and building organisational capability to support sustainable growth and operational resilience. As a key link between site operations and the wider Cubis Systems leadership team, the Senior Operations Manager provides governance, strategic direction, and performance oversight, ensuring alignment with company goals and the successful delivery of operational improvement initiatives across the Tallington facility.
