You’ll become a trusted resource for our customers, providing expert support on concrete performance, mix design, and technical specifications.</div> <div> </div> <div>Key Responsibilities</div> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Conduct seven ASTM tests on plastic concrete samples, including slump, air, yield, temperature, moisture, and related analyses.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Lead and instruct batch plant teams in scheduled testing and quality procedures.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and issues professionally, strengthening client relationships.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Collect and sieve rock and sand samples to maintain high quality standards.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Manage and deliver test cylinders between batch plants and our state-of-the-art research lab.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Ensure compliance with ASTM specifications and ACI standards in all testing and reporting.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Keep laboratory equipment calibrated and in optimal condition.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Document and report test results, maintaining accurate records of all projects.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Conduct safety training, including slump school for drivers and staff.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Take on special projects and additional tasks as assigned.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment, consistently observing safety regulations.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Coordinate closely with batch plant teams to optimize concrete production.</li> </ul> <div>Who We’re Looking For</div> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Experience: At least two years’ experience in concrete quality control testing and mix design preferred.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Certifications: ACI Concrete Field-Testing Technician certification highly preferred. Additional certifications in Aggregate Testing and Hardened Properties (Compressive Cylinders) a plus.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Skills: Proficient in ASTM and ACI testing procedures; capable of calibrating equipment, analyzing results, and solving complex problems.
