You will direct teams of specialized union employees ensuring Good Manufacturing Practices and safe operating procedures. Meet or exceed production targets, quality standards, maintain and regulatory compliance through the supervision of hourly personnel on rotating shifts. Participate in quality investigations as necessary and identify corrective actions</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Coordinates flow of materials into and out of the production areas for distribution in accordance with production schedule</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Conducts safety audits and ensuring that all safety requirements are met</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Provides guidance to workers in adjusting, repairing, and maintaining machines and equipment to optimize production</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Develops, recommends, and implements measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensures all required documentation for production, quality, and safety is completed and delivered in accordance with department and company requirements.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensures equipment is operating properly &amp; efficiently.
