OVERVIEW The function of the Packaging Supervisor is to direct sugar packaging production on rotating shift. You will direct teams of specialized union employees ensuring Good Manufacturing Practices and safe operating procedures. Meet or exceed production targets, quality standards, maintain and regulatory compliance through the supervision of hourly personnel on rotating shifts. This role requires a leader who is comfortable spending most of their time on the production floor, engaging with our employees identifying and solving problems.
