<p>FCI Residential is a part of Florida Crystals Corporation’s real estate division, which focuses on multi-family residential development in urban and in-fill areas. This includes the amenities, leasing office, model, breezeways and common areas. </span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> </div> <div> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong> DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES </strong></span></p> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Responsible for always providing excellent curb appeal. </span></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Daily cleaning of building exteriors, breezeways and hallways including light fixtures, mailbox area, fire extinguisher boxes, entry doors, stairs and railings. </span></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Remove all debris throughout the community including amenities, walkways, community entrance, model, show apartments and Leasing Office daily. </span></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Clean amenity restrooms and restock supplies. </span></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Compactors and trash chutes are cleaned in the mornings and maintained throughout the day. </span></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Assist maintenance team with periodic scheduled preventative maintenance programs. </span></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Responsible for helping to keep a neat, orderly, and safe workshop. </span></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Advise Maintenance Supervisor when in need of supplies. </span></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Take action or inform the Maintenance Supervisor of any areas needing special attention or correction (unhealthy plants, sod, trees etc.). </span></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Responsible for maintaining the required property uniform and always ensuring a professional appearance and demeanor. </span></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Responsible for knowledge of management company and community policies and procedures. </span></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Responsible for the care and maintenance of all equipment and supplies owned by the community. </span></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Complete required training courses either online or in person meetings. </span></p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Follow all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Act) standards and company safety policies. Attend monthly Safety Trainings.
