This role is ideal for a hands-on turbine generalist who thrives in solving complex technical challenges, improving fleet reliability, and working at the intersection of engineering, operations, and style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Lead advanced troubleshooting efforts on wind turbine electrical and electromechanical systems, acting as a go-to technical expert for complex field issues</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Serve as a turbine generalist, understanding interactions across electrical, mechanical, and control systems to diagnose and resolve cross-functional issues</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Analyze generator, converter, and balance-of-plant failure modes, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Drive and/or oversee root cause analyses (RCA) for major component failures, translating findings into actionable corrective measures</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Develop repair strategies, technical helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Collaborate with Asset Management, O&amp;M, and Project teams to optimize fleet performance and reliability</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Lead or contribute to standardization of engineering practices, commissioning processes, and
