This role is ideal for a hands-on turbine generalist who thrives in solving complex technical challenges, improving fleet reliability, and working at the intersection of engineering, operations, and field execution. You will play a critical role from post-construction commissioning through long-term operations, leveraging your expertise to diagnose issues, lead root cause investigations, and implement solutions that directly impact asset performance and availability. Pay range: The annual base salary range for this position in California, New York City, or Illinois is $118,000 - $148,000.
