Value Stream Production Manager POSITION OVERVIEW: Provides strategic and hands-on leadership for assigned manufacturing departments, overseeing multi-shift assembly and/or fabrication operations to consistently achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. Applies deep knowledge and strong expertise in manufacturing processes and product technologies to optimize efficiencies of operational excellence in a fast-paced environment requiring timely decision-making and problem-resolution. Accountable for continuous improvement initiatives, workforce planning, employee engagement, and aligns production performance with operational and financial targets that support overall business goals. REQUIRE: <ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:3.0pt"> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 3.0pt 0.0px;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience</li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 3.0pt 0.0px;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Minimum of 5+ years of relevant manufacturing experience</li> </ul> • Demonstrated leadership experience with responsibility for large teams and multi-shift operations • Extensive knowledge in Product Management and/or Production Planning • Experience managing departmental budgets and operational performance • Experience managing teams of 200+ employees preferred • Strong leadership and people management skills • In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and operations • Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability
