Communicate price information to customers and develop overall market price strategy in collaboration with Admixtures Sales Manager. Work with accounting & logistics as needed to solve customers’ issues</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Business Development:</strong> Grow existing accounts by identifying upselling opportunities, supporting new business development, and collaborating with the Admixtures Sales Manager to execute market pricing and sales strategies and ability to learn the various customer segments as well as a detailed understanding of the overall construction sector as it relates to various economic metrics.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Technical Support:</strong> Provide technical guidance and product recommendations to customers, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales and service process.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Equipment Installation & Maintenance:</strong> Install, inspect, calibrate, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on admixture dispensing equipment to ensure safe, accurate, and reliable operation.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Field Service:</strong> Perform plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work associated with the installation, repair, and maintenance of dispensing equipment at customer locations.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong> Partner with Ready-Mix Operations, Technical Services, Sales, Quality Control, and other internal teams to resolve customer issues and deliver effective solutions.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Safety & Compliance:</strong> Follow all Cemex and customer safety policies while promoting a safe work environment and ensuring compliance with all applicable standards.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Continuous Improvement:</strong> Stay current on Cemex admixture products, technologies, and industry best practices to provide value-added solutions and support continuous business growth.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Ethics:</strong> Demonstrate the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct by being honest, transparent, and proactive in all communications, while consistently adhering to CEMEX policies, procedures, and the Code of Ethics</span></li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:14.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Qualifications</b></H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">To succeed in this role, you should bring:</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Education</strong>: High School Diploma or equivalent required.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Experience:</strong> Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in technical sales, field service, construction materials, concrete admixtures, industrial equipment maintenance, or a related field.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Technical Skills:</strong> Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems with the ability to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and calibrate dispensing equipment.
